Trew Solutions staff is all certified on the software that they support and with the help of Trew Solutions South Africa we are able to offer around the clock support on all Pastel related queries.

Our support desk operates from 8h00 to 17H00 Daily Monday to Friday, however having said that we constantly work for our clients outside business hours to minimize the effect of the disruption of having work done on their server may cause.

We operate a dedicated Helpdesk from 08H00 to 17H00, Monday to Friday, for quick answers to urgent problems.  The helpdesk can be contacted either by telephone, email, Skype or MSN.  Issues requiring consultant assistance can be resolved quickly and cost effectively by logging on remotely via ADSL or VPN.

In an effort to increase our level of customer service, we're including a remote support tool. This tool allows us to support any client anywhere provided they have an internet connection, even from behind a fire wall.

Using the tool, we can gain control of your PC and while working on your PC you can also see what we are doing. If required, we can also switch control so that you can see our desktop and gain control of our PC.
